Where can products be shipped to?
For the moment, we only ship our products within Europe. We would like to be able to offer shipping to other non-European countries in the near future. We will keep you informed.
Is the pot included in the price of the plant?
The pot is not included in the standard price. You have to choose the decorative pot you prefer to include it in your order.
Can I buy just the plant without the pot?
Yes, each plant is sent with its original plastic pot that will help with water drainage.
How can I use my discount vouchers?
Just enter your discount voucher during order preparation, on the payment page.
How many vouchers can I use?
In NeedGreen, coupons cannot be accumulated. This means that only one discount coupon is allowed per order.
Are the products I will receive identical to those shown in the pictures?
We strive to ensure that all our plants are as similar as possible to those shown on the web. However, we must consider that each plant is a living being, with its own unique natural variations.The photos on our website are for visual reference only.

Your full name and telephone number are very important so that our customer service can contact you to confirm your shipping address, make changes or confirm your payment details. This communication will be limited to your order only.
What happens once I have placed my order?
You will receive a confirmation by post when you place your order. You will receive your plan within 24/48 hours or less depending on the place of delivery. You can request your tracking number by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
